How we Started Edible Promotions was created in 2012 when Deborah Keeble decided that she didn’t want to go back to being a farmer’s market vendor. Besides she had broken her back so it was out of the question to be lifting weights after her surgery. Also she wanted to operate a business that could run all year long. The idea began to germinate when she put candy on her cards at the market and people really responded to the idea. She then came up with the concept of using existing chocolate creations from her market days and also find other suppliers to create edible concoctions. She provided business owners these unique edible gifts as a way of thanking their clients and their own suppliers and grow their businesses. The idea caught on and business owners loved her crafty food ideas. She was inspired by their success and motivated to find more local suppliers so that she had more products to offer.
