What happens when a brewery and distillery get together to collaborate? Pure local deliciousness! Introducing the first edition of a Barrel Share between Dixon's Distilled Spirits and Wellington Brewery. Dixon's Wicked Gin was aged in the same bourbon barrels used for our 2017 UVB-76 Imperial Russian Stout series. We're going to take this barrel back and age a little surprise something, and keep the exchange going! Though you cannot purchase this at Welly, you can swing around the block to Dixon's and stock up for the holidays! Oh, and $5 from each bottle is donated to The Foundation of Guelph General Hospital - now that's community love in action!
